Yours would likely attract large families while the neighbors would be small families, singles, or couples with no kids.It doesn't sound attractive to me but everything is a good investment if the price is right!

They charge me a flat 6% of the gross collected rent with no additional fees such as what you've listed in your post; with the exception that I reimburse them for advertising when there's a vacancy.That sounds great!
