So an update on the situation...I talked to my landlord and to make a long story short, he's 'very much considering' selling the property.

Then personalizing an individuals RE short term rental data with functionality tools similar to what AirDNA and Mashvisor have.

It's extremely important if you're not in the right position to execute, buy, whatever.That said, if you're short cash, there are investors, hard money lenders, etc. 

All aspects of the rentals are going well and cash flowing good but I feel I am going to hit a ceiling shortly continuing in this manor.

But as i will manage the property i think will be better and easier the long term rent by at least one year contract for family from here, than make shorts rentals for tourists.

Or over a short term for flips? 

I've just been renting it out to long term tenants, but I'm wondering if I can legally do short term rentals (AirBnb) even if it isn't owner-occupied since it's zoned for commercial use?

I generally don’t like investing in RV parks because it’s too short term for me.

In short, we are seeking advice from anyone who has been in a similar situation.
