When I choose to take a more passive route I will likely combine the two, true MF in traditionally high appreciation markets.if you go the San Diego route there are additional options due to being local like house hacking, active sweat equity properties, self managed (provides a learning opportunity but is work), etc.Good luck

The purpose is to better educate and protect their molly coddled tenants and give the criminal tenants more support at eviction hearings.Best advice is make all purchase offers conditional on vacant occupancy, assuming of course you are qualified to screen applicants or have a very good highly trusted PM.

I find my self getting stressed out using them, mainly because I feel like they are more complicated and much less user friendly than others I have used in the past; Turbo Tax, HR Block etc.
