I have been doing research on markets and it seems like Columbus OH, Forth Worth TX, Houston TX, Chicago IL are the best possible markets in my price range at the moment.I am very motivated and excited to start my investing journey towards financial freedom with the great BP community.

In general, it seems to be high density cities and popular recreational areas that tend to have restrictions.

Now I am not sure how good they are personally but they all seem to suggest that their accounting features are better and more custom than QB.

These two things do not seem like a good comparison.

Again, I inherited this tenant from the sale, but they have always paid a day early, seem to keep the unit and area tidy, and don't really complain much.
