Are there agencies where I can hang my license and function like this?

Remember that these "Adults" are still "Kids" and are now learning how to function by themselves in society. 

I know Keller Williams has a class that rotates among there different offices from month to month.

It has limited collection options, and functions identical to junk debt lending.We use a law firm as a collection company to harass the living life out of people and ping their credit for failing to honor their contract.

My job has me out of town for 14 days at a time with 7 days between 2 week rotations.  

On the top right is a search function, you can type it in there and a bunch of articles / blogs come up on it. 

It doesn’t get too terrible cold in TN and our properties are always booked and functioning so I don’t worry too much about it.

Each cities rules and regulations on them is different so make sure to call and verify exactly what it will take to get everything functioning first.

Have an hvac guy come clean/certify the hvac system.And then really its about seeing what needs to be updated from a cosmetic and/or functional sense.i.e.

Then, you can't really even narrow by region because there is no radius function (e.g., you have to guess which of the 500+ zipcodes in the Bay Area they are in, or if you narrow to "San Francisco," other local cities like Oakland or Palo Alto won't come up).
