Just a little advice for the next guy you hire...Never hire anyone without a reputation.

Yes, it is possible, with lots of experience and a great reputation.

If they don't have some evidence that a buyer can afford a property, they risk wasting their time and reputation doing work on a deal that was never going to pan out.

Also always looking for reputable contractors in Lincoln as I have two SFH's there so I'd be interested in hearing more about the folks you're currently working with.  

And since the place is nice (a reputable contractor or experienced investor should help you confirm this), you might take less of a discount.

Your reputation is this business is too valuable to treat it carelessly.

In addition to being an all around good idea this will be necessary for any reputable pest control company to guarantee their treatment.  

That's unfortunate that wholesalers have that reputation.
