@Scott Mac that's great....my Burger King Whopper test is D --Definitely do not want to order from this BK--probably have many health code violationsC--maybe order if desperate but strive to get to a B or A area--in the A area, you're whopper will look like the commercialIt's funny but fast food restaurants can tell you a lot about the neighborhoods too--never thought of that but I have my red line areas that I will never order from and pretty much there the same areas I wouldn't buy in.

Unfortunately for me I don't hold security deposits (as I understand many Chicago landlords don't) because of all the red-tape with the Chicago residential-landlord-tenant-ordinance, so it may be difficult to get reimbursed.

CONTRACTS BEFORE PLATOne of the problems we are having in our area is we cannot supply our product fast enough (mostly because of government red tape).

Several Security cameras with blinking red light easily seen during the day as well as night time Signs stating area is under 24 hour recorded servellance  placed under each camera and on each side of the dumpsterTotal cost less than $100

red flags all over the place on this one

Wanted to see if anyone had any red flags around options, or felt like one option was often considered "most desirable" so I should try to make it happen.

We’ve had good luck in Dogtown, Wash Ave, and Tower Grove.
