I continue to believe that investors have to keep their eyes open constantly (regardless of where they find a sponsor/developer), and push back and question everything, to avoid being taken in.

Westminster has been expanding the industrial/commercial areas near the Carroll County Regional Airport and along Route 140 to bring in more of those types of employment and there is a push within the City to revitalize the Main Street area with small local shops and eateries.   

The best part is that I have Outlook setup with a "Quickstep" that will push any email to Podio, so I don't even have to go into Podio.  

Ritchie Torres, the Bronx council member who sits on the rezoning committee, pushed a bill last year to renovate these houses according to code.

A couple of months ago I started a Bronx meetup which helped me meet some potential partners and helped me push myself to try my first fix and flip.

I know it's tough to push through all the mental barricades but as so many BPers have said above, you have to keep going!

You just have to have the will to keep pushing forward no matter what happens.

People have many bills to pay, and at the end of the day, if the bill is higher than the income, they are going to pay whoever pushes them the hardest.
