Party-central is never going to be the 1 bedroom/1 bathroom so if you're taking a keg to watch a college football game, it's not going to be in those cramped quarters...it's going to be at that house.

I've had PM clients who were relocated out of our market who have been able to qualify for a second mortgage only once we placed a tenant in the property they left, and only if they could show that the property was being managed by a professional PM.  

., and they can go after the responsible party's insurance.  

That's the type of above-and-beyond that you only get from a true professional.

It takes both parties to give some compromise while understanding that you are both are on the same team.
