I have a dog, I believe my wife and I are responsible home and pet owners yet it has damaged my property.Being a responsible pet owner does not prevent animals from getting sick, throwing up on carpets, having accidents or bladder problems or other uncontrollable damage issues.

There is nothing worse for the seller, whose hopes got up with a contract and preventing foreclosure, only to have a non-serious buyer walk away.If you are not intending on actually closing on the home, then I would not suggest you go down this road.

If it's slipping, you can also pound some re-bar in to the backside to prevent it from slipping further.

One bad tenant will prevent other tenants from paying their rent (they won't tell you that is why they aren't paying).Bottom line, I would do it and I would pay special attention to the tenant screening process.Cheers.

I would worry if the floors were out of kilter enough to prevent a normal person from standing up right or walking on the floor without falling.

If lots of crud was knocked into the pipes, that screen could very likely be clogged blocking any water flow to the washer.

Just imagine if there was no exemption, we'd have entities filling things out with "I don't know" all the way through and then people would argue that they did know or should have known and on and on, it would just clog up the courts even more and lower the prices even more.
