I like that condo complexes have numerous owners that can act as babysitters for tenants, at least that has been my experience in past condos I’ve owned.

My opinion has changed with my age and stage in life.  

I've seen numerous posts on which City, State, Area, Region, etc. is best to invest in.

. #2, the work-life balance is great and I technically only work half the year and while at work I have a ton of down time.

I haven’t even mentioned when huge influxes of people come to Vegas for events like life is beautiful (downtown), EDC( up north, so I’m closer then any strip hotel).

Life is a financial struggle and I am doing fine as long as I live below my means.

The owner’s wife decided he needed to get a life and retire from owning the property so he could travel the world with her and live closer to their son in Washington.

However I'm not satisfied with what I have in life.

I'm trying to us my VA loan in conjunction with the VA For alteration and Repair Loan.

  - Generate $5k in monthly income within the 5 years.My ultimate goal is to create a portfolio of cash flow positive real estate investments to:- Help my father retire so that he can travel with my mother, enjoy life, and discover new hobbies and passions.- Allow me to make jewelry because it's my passion, not my passion that pays the bills- Free up my time to pursue travel and my interest in martial arts.
