Just a hunch Real Estate doesn’t take a big brain or a Harvard degree to become successful at it.

I am finishing up my degree from Old Dominion University in finance with a concentration on RE and a minor in civil engineering technology.

Its almost like I don't even have a bachelors degree.

To what degree you want to be involved with your tenant's personal life is really your own decision.
