I wouldn't recommend using it as an email platform, but its great for autoresponders and even 1-time replies.

A true modular home is not to be confused with a mobile or manufactured home.

All that to say, use this platform, use it's tools.

6 figures is pretty common.  7 is less common with most projects currently being offered on the platforms, but there are raises that are several million dollars infrequently on some of the platforms that have been around longer.

There are a few platforms you can use to find a prospective roommate - Roomiapp, zumper, roomster, spareroom, etc.People don't typically list room rentals on MLS in my market of Queens, Brooklyn, and Long Island although I'm sure you can find a RE Agent to help fill your vacancy.Best of luck to you moving forward!
