d stated he had smelled it through the vents prior so maybe it had been going on in the short term as I have the nose of a dog and had never smelled it inside the property).I was heading East to visit that property anyways (to visit my parents plus the upstairs tenant graduated from osteopathic medical school and will be moving out at the end of the month and I need to fill that vacancy) but now instead of filling one vacancy I'll be filling two vacancies.

Leased to refugee family from Afghanistan--children already had lead poisonings from home country, but at first medical appointment in US, lead poisoning is discovered--all state wanted to know was where they lived, and lead paint  lead investigator finds lead several layers deep on a couple of baseboards, door jams, outside porch, and I have to abate.

dentites are well known for being lousy investors...Steve as long as they are not Anti Dentites  although frankly most of the medical dental professionals I deal are pretty darn sharp.. although there was in the day when Doctors got ragged on pretty hard as private pilots.. forgetting to put the gear down seemed to be a favorite.. but In my airplane community there are many doctors and dentist and they totally dispel the myth .. which this is all a big myth.
