Plus, these days other investors are striking that inspection clause altogether to better compete against wholesalers, so I cut it out all the time now and warn sellers about others using it to bail out on them (hey, all's fair in love and war......).I think you want to be building a real estate business here, and that business will live or die based upon our integrity and our ability - that we can and will do what we say.  

If I were to want to invest in a multi story brick/concrete building built in the 20's to 60's what sorts of things should I look for to see if the structural integrity of a building may have been compromised?
