there is alot we dont know. the earth's atmosphere is very complex with lots of feedback mechanisms. when i studied geology in college the concern was indeed climate cooling. that being said, temps should warm up in Canada :)

But maybe this process happened mechanically, so they didn't know that?

I am more focused on quality of the property, area (heavy emphasis on schools) and thus, tenant.

So hire an honest reputable company...You do this every day with your Dr, Dentist, mechanic etc.

So what is the mechanism we need to have in place to let me run this seamlessly and leverage his assets?

All of the mechanicals are working properly, just not able to keep up with the water backing up from the city line caused by mother nature.But there are a couple of lessons here:1.

Appliances need to be repaired or replaced due to age/mechanical failure as well, if provided by LL.

There are good auto mechanics, and there are bad ones.
