There is so much more to being in person than just listening to the speakers.

I listen to their list of needs and made every effort to make the transaction as simple as possible for them.

- Continue listening to the BP podcast - Join a local REIA- Read as many books as you can (start with rich dad poor dad if you haven't read it) 

LISTEN, and listen some more depending on what he/she says, is how you prepare your next question.

And I never would have known about seller financing if it hadn’t been for listening to so many BP podcast episodes!

Listening to a few of the webinars and the art of analyzing deals keeps screaming at me as a weakness I need to work on.

I will take that to heart and listen.
