Why not purchase (finance) a property that is either dual zoned- residential/commercial or zoned residential in an area where it is possible to rezone as commercial or dual use later down the road?

Hi Antoine and Brett -- 2 years later, have you guys purchased any properties in Strawberry Mansion? 

My investment criteria was that I would need to live for free with a positive cashflow while living there and one year later move into another Multifamily or maybe if I can save another chunk of cash, try to close with 25% down on another 3-4 family Multi.

You can also send a couple of pieces that are generic then elaborate on your message in later follow ups. 

Look at the bigger picture before the details, and examine possibilities / potential upsides, then the fast due diligence (what could go wrong, what am I missing that can bite me later).I'm familiar with the neighborhood.

But I have heard increasing requests for dashboard-like products that are essentially not connected to any listing but still allow people to keep track of all the properties they look at.If I get back into new product development later this year, I may take a stab.
