I would say a fee between $1500-2000 for the tax prep is fair. $400 per month for tax prep is way too much.

Has anyone had success with a contingency fee collection agency?   

There isin't one set fee that everyone pays; so it may be hard for someone to tell you via a post.

Deal fees alone won't get you there.

It is hard to tell if the lining is installed evenly throughout the pipes. 

So yeah, a $50k offer makes sense to give you room for a wholesale fee. 

For two adults, that's $70-80 in application fees.
