I bought a 4-plex in Nov 2019 and was able to file an eviction petition in court this week finally.  

Maybe if there were more it would be worthwhile, could put more technology in, but for 22-24 units its not worth it.What I hate:1.

Hi guys / all great tactics except in the day and age of digital marketing and technology I have built a massive lead generation system.

We buy and hold properties as well as run a construction business and need someone to take extreme ownership in the technology side of it.
