Ideally you would get all the recent sales and current listings in the area when trying to determine the value.If you can't estimate the rehab costs yourself then getting a contractor is about your only option.

I had to later evict the people.Currently my only income come from a room mate.But here I am, i want to get involved. i want to really get involved and make income in real estate now.Right now my ideals areDuplexes, fourplexes, simple homes that are nice. things like that. that is my ideal. and of course whole selling.
