Who is responsible to pay for the HOA debt that piled up prior to foreclosure sale?

And… only one word comes to mind when I read the guys’ responses… Gobundance, anyone??

Buy a place that's solid but REALLY run down and needs a serious amount of work to be considered livable.

I work with the largest brokerage, responsive, and have enough product for everything.

@Travis Timmons - Not to overlook your second response, but hell of an answer on the first one!

The draw back to these loans is that they are more paperwork heavy than the other "portfolio" types of loans...they have more rules...but if you have ever received a loan on your primary home, it's likely that you will go through the same type of paperwork here with conventional lending.
