I was one of those people years back that saw these signs and had NO CLUE of the existance of we buy houses companies and I just couldn't fathom how it ever coiuld be possible anyone buying a house in cash.

I had no idea how many are flush yet frustrated with current savings rates and investment returns.It wasn't until I didn't need $ anymore that it became so abundantly available.

I have thoroughly screened the tenant and spoken with the tenant's previous landlord, employer, and references, and they had no issue with paying rent on time and no issues with neighbors.

It is now august 25 and I have had no response or help from Vrbo.  

Meaning the rents will have to go higher or the property prices will have to go lower to cover this.In Communist Russia housing was a "Right"...and they had no homeless population.

I have never had a possible tenant say they were not interested in my rental because it had no ceiling fans.

My municipal allowed for a rental license so I had no problem with it being legal.

In my case, when I did the re-financing, I had no idea I would be a successful bidder at an auction shortly after, the auctioned house was only 5 years old, and roomy inside, modern, much better than my home.

If they produced it then I would feel I basically had no choice but to pay up.

How can I be held responsible as a landlord to pay for something I had no knowledge it was broke.
