One of my old tenants is moving into a new apartment and the property owner is asking me about him. 

They are claiming this conventional loan can be assumed by the buyer and have paperwork from the bank to start the process.Has anyone ever seen this or gone through on completion to be able to assume the loan/rate of the seller while also having property not owner occupied?

The deceased owner's Daughter signed a Right of Redemption Waiver.

There are also isolated cases where a vacant house is broken into and rented before the owner knows it.

It would be an owner builder exercise and I could build the 800 square foot ADU for less than $150,000. 

I would absolutely appreciate the opportunity if a property in your network is for sale and the owner does not want to put it on MLS. 

I was told by the city employee that even if I got a permit for the property, only the owner can live in it.
