To go into an investing field with no skin in the game won't end up getting you very far.

For instance, I'm a multifamily syndicator and I would never do a syndication and form a general partnership without the help of a licensed attorney.Anytime there is an exchange of money within the partnership, I would consult an attorney in the field of expertise that you need.

I have no idea about operating a NNN property besides the fact that I would like enter the real estate field while minimizing the potential for issues since I will be quite far away for the foreseeable future. 

Im just wondering if anyone has any suggestions about what i should do, what im capable of doing right now, and how i should spend my time to better myself in the field.
