Each of the rooms gets a small fridge outside the room with a camera on it (that way you avoid food spoilage inside the rooms and food theft).

Although, I do think with the enormous population of renters that work in the entertainment/food industry may drop their leases come this fall.

The one over at Ala Moana I think has better food maybe because Longhi's son lives there and runs it.and the development N of black rock is really something. 

To say REI or Stocks ______ is like saying "is food bad or good" and trying to arrive at an answer.

I dont have to deal with the midnight call the the fridge died and all their food is going bad....or the washer damaged their new clothes.....Yes tenants can damage the property moving them in/out.... but they do that with sofa, beds, chairs- and everything else them move in/out.

Interesting question to me, too-- I don't tend to practice in this circle... but I'll offer the following simply as food for thought/conversation:  In Mass, at least, it's illegal for a Broker to compensate an unlicensed person  (specifically, his/her Licensed Broker) for any brokerage-type services related to the property. the actions required to wholesale-- specifically the marketing of a property, representing a Seller in his/her efforts to sell an asset, and/or finding buyers for an asset, may (*read: DO) violate exactly those tenets. 

Payroll was significantly higher, entertainment costs, food, utilities...everything was pretty much under budgeted.
