I'm a realtor in the area, so if you see anything that you want to take a look at, I am pretty flexible. 

The VA laws are structured differently and therefore we have a bit more flexibility there. 

It may be better to be more flexible and consider more options here.

No question Podio is challenging for many users because of the cost to get the Globiflow features and the need to be or have a programmer, but for someone who really wants to build a CRM exact to their business processes it's flexibility can't be beat.For those who prefer a more defined CRM my only suggestion would be to go with a CRM that has an open API and even better already listed in Zapier.

Union City is quite competitive at the moment so I don't see them being too flexible, but if some issues arise and they're not reasonable I will just walk away from the deal.

She has no issue with this and said she is flexible about move-in dates (she lives with a friend).

If you can find a great investment property that can cash flow a few hundred dollars per month, this will give you some added flexibility this next year and only build on your savings.
