Similar to Realtor.com the leading real estate company Zillow announced it will disclose climate risk features such as: flood, fire, wind, heat and air quality risks.

Many people maintain property they own differently from property they rent.

Except that your "client" will always tell you the deal is not good enough.

TIAErich your best bet would be to amortize it over thirty with a 5 year balloon. the issue with private lenders  vs. banks is private lenders use their money to lend and many times it may not keep up with inflation - so lending for that long does not make sense.

In my opinion, be conservative when making your first buy. 

You shouldn't put it all in your account day one.
