I'd love any recommendations on resources I can use to look at data like that (ideally at a zip-level, not just total DMA).

Instead of giving her a time out or punishing her, I led with love and when she calmed down she did as I asked without needing to ask again.

I would love to hear from your experience about the different areas, where the opportunities are and to find the team that I will run forward with.

We are both pretty conservative and as such we thought maybe something small like a mobile home would be a good place to start.We would love to hear people’s thoughts and we are interested in connecting with people and hopefully finding some mentors. 

We are anxious to learn about relistate and would love an opportunity to be a an onsight property manager.

The Springfield Real Estate Investor's Association (I'm a member) is a great group of people (a mix of highly experienced and newly interested, but all above-board and ethical--the leadership doesn't tolerate shenanigans) and many in there are invested in Branson STRs (many also have STRs in Springfield, which of course caters to an entirely different market, but their perspective has been interesting).
