just buy the house with mortgage/using LLC , what's the issue ?

At about 50% LTV across the board on Self Storage and Flex buildings; thus, no Banker "call" issues.

When Stessa abruptly put all their useful features behind a paywall in January with no warning, no added features, and still tons of connectivity/syncing issues, I lost trust in them and have been casually searching for a new solution.

Has there been any issues with the tenants and shared spaces in the house?

I would also suggest talking to a couple of lenders now to find out if they see any issues as a result of the type of deed.

Im interested in apt buildings and am curious about some of the not so obvious issues with this. any feedback or ideas is greatly appreciated

If you are not local it can draw other issues but open to having a conversation if you need references or advice. 

The issue I am running into is that, the investor is not looking for another investor to assign the property as since it might take longer to close.
