IMO I think most of what is happening now started in 92 when our government put into action the plan to remove 2.7% from the inflation rate so the government didn't have to pay out as much in SS and to employees in raises.It took 2 years to complete the reduction so by 94 the reduction was complete.

To effect an actual closing, you would need some agent of closing in some form or fashion, but the birddog could not do it and maybe that is what was inferred by the attorney for the REA association.Joe
