For the last two years we've seen local restaurants closed 1-2 days a week - even at the height of tourist season - for the first time in history.

So there is no history..

I'm about 90% sure this should be foolproof for youStep 1: Get a real estate license (should take a couple of months to 3 months) in your countyStep 2: Get into a real estate agency (extremely easy as the requirements are laughable, unless you have a ridiculous criminal history like being convicted for drug trafficking. you wouldnt be here if you did so ill assume you didnt)Step 3: Look for great undervalued cash flow properties or rehab flips (THIS IS THE HARDEST STEP), and then purchase one, either with a friend or trustworthy business partner.

Borrower has no history of being in this business, and no future intention of being in this business...it's a consumer loan.

The stock market is bigger, more lucrative and has exhibited better overall returns than any other asset class in world history. 

Eastern Title (Get Min as your processor)  The others are fine but Min is a beast. 

I'm sure a brand new US based company with no history and no sales is not going to quality for financing.Anyone have any input, books I might read or accountants/attorney that specialize in working with foreign entities?

But already I see it has gone from nothing to excellent with the addition of my father's credit account history!

We got it done with 10% me, 20% seller financing, and 70% bank financing(20yrs.).If we had not had a long history in the business, I am not sure we could have done it.
