Siding and a roof, particularly on a 2 1/2 story is likely to run you more than $15K.I've done close to 60 rehabs, and looking at your numbers I doubt if I would drive 30 minutes to look at this unit.Your number have to come in "on the money" to make this work, and I can tell you from experience that the NEVER DO.all cash
