I have a problematic tenant who has lease violations, but I'm not sure how to go about providing adequate proof to the courts for an eviction. 

He’s considering the selling the property and using the proceeds for housing and healthcare for our elderly family members.

If I proceed I will send you details I have but it looks like I am leaning  more toward the equity side as the debt fund would treat income as interest and is not very tax efficient.
