Hi,Michael LeeThank you for your words.I hope you will be better soon.Probably your doctor is giving ypu half aspirine per day,but try to do sone exercice when you can,a short walk,etc...Try to eat more vegetablesCut all processed foods,rice,paste,bread,etc...try meditation or yoga...relax...your body is trying to tell u something...Best wishes,Americo

It used to be the beer was used to sell food but now the food operation just gets in the way with the explosion of microbrews across the US.As for how to value this business the build-out seems very nice but without an existing restaurant operation I am not sure how you would be able to properly value.

The percentages really just don't work and never made sense to me as things like food, gas, childcare all cost the same no matter how much you make.

You need to have working mechanical otherwise they will just do a larger contingency Exterior work can be done yourself unless they are not in compliance with HUD You can always go with a very low grade material for floor covering just to get through inspection.Lastly, some food for thought, unless you do not have the capacity in your budget because you are restricted by the loan or your DTI/Income, money is cheap and if you can have someone else do it now and you can place your time in your core job to earn more to be able to buy more, why not just let them do it.

Ideally this is the final architectural drawing, but in reality it is usually either our near final architectural plans or a 3D rendition one of my partners who is a total tech wizard has cooked up.
