Friends at a title company could tell you people who settled with VA/FHA mortgages. 

I am in the process of exploring property management companies in Dutchess County, New York, and I’m reaching out to this knowledgeable community for recommendations.

I never thought about joint a management company though.

Insurance companies often prey upon agents (Especially new ones) telling them only half the story to encourage them to sell as many of these "infinite banking" policies as possible and make large commissions. 

Is your "insurance guy" a captive agent (one company) or independent (able to shop around)?

The studies being released show how different industries appear to be increasing their profits with hidden or bogus fees that can harm consumers and companies that have honest business practices. 

Insurance programs or discounts provided by one company to the members of a specific organization (ie. trade group, alumni group, company employees, etc..)2.

There are companies that perform this as a service.  

There are a few Home Warranty companies such as American Home Shield, First American Home Warranty, Choice Home Warranty, Old Republican Home Protection, just to name a few.
