If you are doing a 30 year loan and you cash flow $200 a month for both combined that is probably not good. 

Combined rent covers the mortgage, aka FHA, but does not provide extra income to pay for maintenance and capex, which I can afford to pay if need be.Conclusion: I feel like passing on the deal but decided to check with more experienced people here.

Make sure the price is for all the units combined (not some subset).   

What level of remote admin/functions are you leveraging in your setup? 

I find it odd that VRBO doesn't have a function that would auto reject a request that would create a 1 day gap if you have enabled it.
