This was my 1st, purchased & paid for rehab cash, no unexpected costs but scope of rehab changed, had a gc, did none of the work myself, got property manager involved before completion, looked at about 20 properties before choosing this one, if flipping I would have narrowed the scope & costs of rehab, cash flow $1100 month

You will have the opportunity to learn...in addition to meeting potential future partners and maybe even potential passive investors - if you choose to syndicate your deals in the future.Get people talking about their lessons learned in this industry...as there are LOTS of things to look out for.

That is a great way to learn the lingo of the industry, learn some basic info and network with potential partners and or passive investors if you choose to syndicate your deals in the future.Conferences are also a great place to learn and network.With Podcasts being the new form of marketing - You pretty much have a ton of Podcasts with almost ANY Real Estate Niche you can think of.
