I am also finding that a lot of the Weber county has very high crime rates. what kinds of challenges have you ran into as a result of this?

@Justin Oliver my view is unless you have someone you absolutely trust AND has experience to handle real estate deals, long distance flips are a  high risk proposition.

It’s a lot of work, and I have had some mistakes along the way but I love the challenge and I am paying down a mortgage with other people’s money.

I just purchased multiple properties and Unfortunately I have been dealing with cockroaches.You cant charge the tenant if it doesnt state that in the leaseI would definitely get a professional to handle the situation Lastly I agree give them a 24 hour and do an inspection I had a house I bought and apparently the tenant skipped town.
