Usually, the excessive moisture is caused by a leak in the plumbing system underneath the floors and it is usually a hot water pipe leaking.I am a contractor and sometimes I find that the clothes dryer vent is broken somewhere and all the steam coming from the clothes as they dry is going inside the house and collecting on the cool glass windows.You can hire a contractor to look for a leak, or you can purchase a hydrometer online.

Do you plan on GC’ing this or hiring a GC for reno?

You can probably hire a junk hauler for under $100 that will load up all the garbage and haul away.

Yes you can hire some of this out, but in that case budget more than you'd expect on say an urban rental property).

Are you planning on hiring a property management group because they will have some liability insurance.you may just be able to use a agent where you live.
