It would be great to have a local group based in Central Florida so we could meet in person but I don't want to limit the potential of the group so I'd be interested to hear from anyone with these interests.

If money is an issue for getting more properties, then find partners, or the seller finance thing, or start a pool for the down payment and go thru asset based lenders (that's my next play)...Having said that, as of Dec 1, I'll be managing my own STR since I'm firing my property manager.

His annual compliance report is clean he says.Owner had his Coam taken away and is the single owner running the show, an hour away from his home base. 

But it's based on my experience, not just some random bias.
