First, in response to your initial "question" on will you be black-listed by the real estate company.

Not a problem with an item costing a few hundred dollars but it could be a much larger oops and I have a hard time walking away from that duty as a wrong decision could take me from black to red very quickly!

This site is a huge help for us already, but having an extra $50 to spend at the money black hole that is Home Depot will be huge for us.Very excited and happy to help.

I became so enraged with trying to follow all the changing rules of the banks and despite perfect credit, great equity in your home, all of a sudden the rules change, black is white, up is down etc.  

Heck, the agent probably couldn't be 100% sure, but the basement had all it's windows blacked out, blacked walls, fluorescent lights, security cameras around the property (this was in a very nice neighborhood), and a weird Purple Light at the front door.Oh, and another tip, besides doubling checking the disclosure forms, always put them online!!!

You are practically next door - I use to cycle out your way and stop for breakfast at Blacks on a regular basis.There are opportunities in our small Cities in the Maritimes, and probably a few in those smaller centres with a stable economy ... sounds like you have found your start.

There is the Boston Area REIA in Medford and the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham that are close to Boston.
