Does the garage have plumbing for a bathroom and kitchen?

my tenant texted me a picture of a mushroom growing between the bathroom vanity and the LVP flooring, what to do?

There are five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens, and two living rooms.

If you don't have exhaust fans in bathrooms, install those as well as one in the kitchen above the stove. 

My recent college graduate son has a similar path as yours...he recently invested in a SFH in Kansas City....he's in the midst of painting, bathroom updates, new flooring, etc on his recent purchase of a 1955 3 bedroom/2 bath ranch.

We updated all the appliances, renovated a bathroom, added new landscaping, repainted the interior, added new floors and carpet throughout the house, added a paved patio in the backyard, and replaced the A/C unit.

The city assessed it as a 3/1.5 (2 full bathrooms, 1 is in basement).But he said there was only 2 bedrooms.

What usually happens is an overhaul of all bathrooms, kitchen, and floors.
