I think the push back on this is largely economic, clothed in safety concerns.  

Hemp can be used as a cheap alternative for clothing, paper, dye, jewelery, clean burning fossil fuel, and probably hundreds of other uses.

When they do wade back in it will be with baby steps.

I had those proud moments drinking a beer in front of my fourplex, now everyday I don't have to go there I am stoked.My handy man fixes stuff, I still manage it but I think most investors get over the "I wanna see my baby" after one deal. 

I liken the two paradigms to: tying two cat's tails together and hanging them on a clothes line. 

Best place for real estate rehabs and flips by far is FL, imo.Millions of baby boomers are retiring over the next ten years and you can bet that a good percentage of them want to live in sunny FL.

You have to walk these people thru with baby steps.
