I can easily get 110% financing (property plus closing costs) for my properties.I still like to read the stories and listen to the bp podcast as it is very inspiring what others are achieving through real estate.

Hey All BPers,So, I stepped outside of my comfort zone in investing thanks to BP Podcast inspiration! 

Oh okay thanks for the info guys when i get home ill make sure to check amazon for that book will do, i was at a seminar here in philly and the guru speaking was showing us how there are ways to avoid taxes and making your primary residence pay for itself, i cant remember the process because i was in awe of all the things he was saying
