Can't find a 14-day form anywhere on their site.For a Hold-Over for violation of lease this guide page here; https://www.nycourts.gov/courthelp/Homes/holdoverNotices.shtml, specifies you need to serve a Notice to Cure to a leased tenant, however their Holdover forms page here; http://ww2.nycourts.gov/COURTS/8jd/ltholdover.shtml literally doesn't have that form at all.Am I missing something here or is the official nycourts.gov website dropping the ball so bad I can't legally serve my tenant the notices required as they're literally not available?

There was a deed to the bank recorded June 18th, so in my mind that is when the bank officially owned the home and the previous seller is now in a home they don't own.

If anyone you know (family, friend, girlfriend) has good credit that has credit cards, they can easily add you on as an authorized user without even giving you a card so you can reap the benefits of their good credit to boost yours. we do this for our kids to start them out on the right track.
