I try to be available for most repairs, first so I can ensure it’s completed and to answer any questions that arise during it, and also, I see it as my responsibility to maintain the house and appliances - and repairs are part of that.

The LLC does cover such items as legal fees for foreclosures, servicing costs, and other costs that arise from the process.

Hi @Tim Pagano -- depending on how many new buildings go up - I think it'll be a rising tide lifts all ships scenario, driving up rents all around.

Since there is no mortgage on the property, we have been attempting to apply for financing using equity from the home in order to reimburse ourselves for personal funds used to take care of the tax lien as well has have an open line of credit to use for repairs on the home should they arise. 

Also how to deal with inspection issues when they arise, funding issues, etc.

I think there is a huge opportunity in Las Vegas right now especially with what is set to arise in the horizon.

Just keep in mind Universities in America are in a rising bubble- the growth in students is bound to drop within 10 years.
