And I need at least one more successful house “flip”, if you will, to allow me to purchase a cheap $15,000 apartment somewhere in foreclosure so that I can use that as my legal homebase and therefore qualify for Hardmoney or private money loans to do what I want to do. 

Hello all,I have a four plex(Minnesota) that was signed this weekend, and inspection next weekend.

Just a lot of student housing and apartment buildings from what I saw.

They said they remedied and I did and inspection. 

I would look at new apartment buildings -- filter by date of construction. 

Hi everyone I am a 23 year old new college grad and I just moved into a new apartment, and I really like the apartment I am living in.

I grew up in Altamonte Springs ('87-04)  and saw it go from a rural town to what it is today, sort of a haphazard mix of nice residential, not so nice residential, run down commercial with pockets of freshly built/rehabbed commercial, low income apartments-turned condos before the crash-turned foreclosure havens that are barely recovering.... 

I live in the Central Valley (Merced) and am interested in investing in apartments in the Valley - in particular the area between Sacramento and Fresno. 

One of my tenants has access to the basement through her apartment unit .

You'll look back at this and realize just how minor these issues are compared to other homes you get inspected.
