If i get rid of the PMI after refi, payment would be $2300-$2500/month I have a couple questions-Would you consider the refi advisable if i plan to rent the house out?

This is going to be an expensive improvement either way and I'm wondering what others may have done in the past who have done this.I've been advised that putting a grinder pump at each pad that connects to a central sewer line on the property that then connects the main line at the street is the best way to do this.

@Adelaide Wolcott hi for your situation I would advise to find a home that you can be in for few years while you get some extra savings ready for your next project.

Just make sure you ask your potential lenders if they can write these loans and if they can offer advise on which one might be right for you.  

I've seen a bad property manager REALLY miss manage properties and cause way more headache than was necessary vs what a great PM would have done, so I feel nervous to advise someone to self manage from so far! 

Be advised, a number of banks have closed or severely reduced their HELOC programs.  

I strongly advise against pet deposits.
