not a fan. people are getting tired of having to always enter contact information to use stuff. guests just paid decent money to stay in a rental, and you should already have their information (email) in some way or form. just my personal opinion

While simple enough in concept, it is actually pretty sophisticated investing with a lot of twists and turns.

I previously posted questions on this channel about lending money on the paperstac platform.

I don't like the terms and would try to avoid.We could still do a conventional loan and if I'm not mistaken it'd be this whole "gift money" thing so the shared ownership wouldn't be recognized legally.

Has anyone wasted money on some of these programs like I did? 

I don't know about how assessed value is determined there, but tax assessed values are typically not accurate and are usually much lower than actual value.

This assumes I will actually spend all this money.

Take advantage of that and get cheap money elsewhere.
